Lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday, along with Friday supper. Continental breakfast items available on Saturday. Snacks and bottled water provided throughout.

Housing Details

Lodging is the responsibility of the attendee. Summit Grove Camp, within walking distance, has reasonable rates for the Lodge and Motel, see www.summitgrovecamp.org. There are chain hotels within a 10-20 minute drive.

Please let us know if you are interested in attending this workshop and live outside of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York before you register. Our goal is to accommodate alums and promote good communication among Regional Directors and Coordinators. We don’t want finances to be a reason not to come. Contact us for information on scholarships and discounts that may be available.

First time attending a Coordinating Team Workshop? Please register at this level. The workshop will equip you with vision, education, team building skills, and training in the administrative process for conducting the Perspectives course. You will be trained to fulfill any coordinating team role.

Returning Participant

$75

If you have attended a Coordinating Team Workshop (formally PCW), before, please consider coming back for a refresher! This workshop will give you renewed vision for your area, connect you with others in the movement, and update you on the new processes for coordinating a class.

Coordinating Perspectives

The Perspectives Coordinating Team is the core group of alumni who’ve caught the vision and decide to serve by organizing and running a local class. The launch of new classes is because passionate alumni want to offer the same experience to their community. Excellent two-day training with ongoing support and guidance is available for Lead Coordinators and their team.
