There are many ways people get involved in God’s global purpose. One great way is to mobilize the Body of Christ by serving in the Perspectives USA movement itself. Perspectives USA is a vast network of volunteers and staff members, some part-time and some full-time, some volunteers and some raising personal support, all with a deep passion for awakening and mobilizing the Body of Christ.

One of our values is to raise up more servants and leaders so we are increasingly more effective in our unique mission. We have roles available across the United States. Area Team Leader

Class Function
Area Team Leaders (ATLs) serve as a part of the Regional Team and represent Perspectives USA by overseeing a specified area. They are believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. Area Team Leaders have a deep understanding of the content, vision and mission of Perspectives. They use their gifts and experience to lead an Area Team in growing the Perspectives movement in their area, as well as shepherding and supporting local classes within their territory. Area Team Leaders should live within their area.

CEO Executive Assistant

Operations Function
The Executive Assistant will provide high quality personal and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Perspectives USA. The Assistant represents the CEO in carrying out the Mission and Vision of the ministry. Communication with others outside and inside the organization, managing busy schedules, and completion of administrative tasks are key.

Credit Services Manager

Academic Function
The Credit Services Manager fulfills administrative needs for Perspectives USA’s credit level offering. They are the liaison between our national credit institutions.

Executive Director of Development

Operations Function
Executive Director of Development mobilizes the body of Christ through effective relationship building, interactions and promotion of Perspectives USA. Working with the Chief Advancement Officer, this role is responsible to develop and implement effective strategies that support the ministry for progression of the Perspectives movement. The Development Executive Director is responsible for the outcomes of three organizational departments: Alumni, Organizational Partnerships and Fund Development. This individual will partner with other leadership to ensure the Development area is well integrated into the overall organizational and prioritized initiatives.

Graphic Designer

Communications Function
The Graphic Designer will work with and under the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) or a leader designated by the CCO. The Graphic Designer will uphold Perspectives branding to execute any digital or print graphics requested. This person will create illustrations for the website, graphics for marketing, training materials, and other designs. This role is a creative role that helps Perspectives think through its branding to personify Perspectives through graphics

Human Resource Manager

Operations Function
The Human Resource Manager establishes and oversees efficient personnel-related processes to recruit, accept, manage and retain staff in accordance with legal and ministry-accepted standards of practice with the vision and mission of Perspectives USA.

Instructor Certification Manager

Training Function
Perspectives Instructors play a vital role in helping Perspectives fulfill its mission to mobilize by educating the Body of Christ in the USA to strategic engagement in God’s global purpose. Instructor Certification is a key part of empowering Instructors in their role and holding them accountable to our shared goal. The Certification Manager is entrusted with overseeing all work and teams related to the three year rollout window for Instructor Certification, including all non-english speaking Instructors. This person would be responsible for working under the direction and leadership of the Director of Instructor Development, and in conjunction with the larger Training Function strategy, in creating and deploying the project plan for Certification rollout. After the initial rollout window, at which point all existing Instructors must meet certification requirements in order to continue instructing in Perspectives classes, this role would shift into ongoing maintenance of the certification process.

Instructor Development Administrator

Training Function
The Instructor Development Department Administrator represents our organization by providing administrative support for the Instructor Development Department (IDD) of Perspectives USA. They are mature believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. The IDD Administrator has a deep understanding of the vision and mission of Perspectives and uses their gifts to assist the department’s Director in accomplishing the Department Charter and facilitate the successful execution of administrative processes necessary for the department to thrive.

IT/Engineering Specialist

Operations Function
Supports the overall design and implementation of technological advances to help the ministries at Perspectives USA run more efficiently and mobilize people to the Great Commission. This role is key in supporting ongoing projects and system improvements within the IT/Engineering services department.

National Finance Administrator

Operations Function
As a support for the Perspectives Study Program’s Finance Department, the National Finance Administrator position serves as a liaison, working with Regional staff and the Finance office and is responsible for financial auditing each Perspectives class for accuracy and compliance.

Operations Administrator

Operations Function
To aid in our ministry success, Perspectives is looking for a self-initiating team player with proven effectiveness in operations. This individual would be responsible to facilitate a number of key operational processes, working with a variety of leaders that are stakeholders in those processes.

Perspectivas Mobilization Director

Class Function
The Perspectivas Mobilization Director serves the Executive Mobilization team in building capacity to contextualize the Perspectives course to Spanish speaking communities. This role is founded on the vision of Perspectives’ efforts to mobilize the (entire) Body of Christ in the USA to strategic engagement in God’s global purposes. To this end, this role will be focused on mobilizing the Spanish speaking communities across the USA as part of a multiethnic and multicultural national team.

Program Administrator

Operations Function
Perspectives USA is pursuing an aggressive development path by implementing a number of significant strategic projects and growth initiatives. To aid in our ministry success, we are looking for a self-initiating team player with experience in coordinating project management and a robust understanding of Google Workspace.

Project Manager

Operations Function
Perspectives is pursuing an aggressive development path by implementing a number of significant strategic projects and growth initiatives. To aid in our ministry success, Perspectives is looking for self-initiating team players with experience in coordinating project management and utilizing project management tools. This role would be assigned to significant projects across the organization that are expressly tied to PSP USA’s organizational objectives. This role is cross-functional in nature and would require excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Regional Administrator

Class Function
A Regional Administrator (RA) serves on the Regional Team and represents Perspectives USA by providing administrative support for a territory (region). They are believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. Regional Administrators have a deep understanding of the vision and mission of Perspectives and use their gifts to facilitate the successful execution of administrative processes necessary for the movement to thrive. Regional Administrators need to live within their region.

Regional Director – Central Gulf

Class Function
A Regional Director (RD) represents our organization by overseeing a geographic territory (or region) for Perspectives USA. They are mature believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. Must be a resident of Louisiana or Mississippi.

Regional Director – Central Region

Class Function
A Regional Director (RD) represents our organization by overseeing a geographic territory (or region) for the Perspectives Study Program. They are mature believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. RDs have a deep understanding of the content, vision, and mission of Perspectives and use their gifts to shepherd and grow their region. Regional Directors serve as a part of the Perspectives Leadership Team.

Regional Director – Heartland

Class Function
A Regional Director (RD) represents our organization by overseeing a geographic territory (or region) for Perspectives USA. They are mature believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. Must be a resident of Nebraska or Iowa.

Regional Director – Inland Northwest

Class Function
A Regional Director (RD) represents our organization by overseeing a geographic territory (or region) for Perspectives USA. They are mature believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. Must be a resident of Eastern OR, Eastern WA, Idaho, or Montana.

Regional Director – Northeast

Class Function
A Regional Director (RD) represents our organization by overseeing a geographic territory (or region) for the Perspectives Study Program. They are mature believers with a passion to see Christ glorified among all peoples. RDs have a deep understanding of the content, vision, and mission of Perspectives and use their gifts to shepherd and grow their region. Regional Directors serve as a part of the Perspectives Leadership Team.

Regional Director – Pacific Sierra Regional Director

Class Function
Half-time required, full time preferred, Support-based//Self-supported Staff. Resident of Northern CA or Northern NV

Salesforce Analyst

Operations Function
The Salesforce Analyst will support the ongoing development of our Salesforce.org deployment. The Salesforce Analyst will work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy business processes to support our organizational implementation through our website. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform.

Social Media Manager

Communications Function
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage the Perspective USA Brand on social media in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Videographer

Communications Function
The Videographer will uphold Perspectives USA branding to execute any videos requested. This person will oversee the entire videography process and walk other functions through it.
